What do I do if my baggage does not arrive at my destination?

You must immediately go to the lost and found office of the respective airline. If your belongings are not found within 21 days, they are officially lost. In this case, the airline will ask you to make a list of your things in order to determine the amount of compensation that they will pay you. Once your condition is assessed, you will most likely receive compensation for damage.
